Capacity Building is an integral part of FST activities. FST will strive to be a learning organization in understanding and bringing in change through a continuous process of learning and sharpening conceptual clarity, skills and knowledge building. Capacity Building inputs would be on organizational and financial development of organizations, so that they can function in an effective manner. In addition, FST also proposes to be in the forefront to raise awareness of current issues, and engage in criticism, debate and action amongst various stakeholders.
